I will tell you my most disimpacting life lesson.

seriously though, I would have to say my trouble w/ the law in my early 20's. Second in importance was working out a healthy adult relationship w/ my parents.

The trials that I have weathered have shown me that I am much stronger than I think of myself as being. If God brings you to it he will bring you through it. That saying has rung true many times already in my life.
